Saving the Days
The older I get the more I'm reminded of how short life really is. I look at myself in the mirror and I wonder where the young man that used to look back at me went. I move slower and take longer to heal, and think differently than I did twenty years ago. I look at my kids and watch them go through the same things I went through at their age. Although I am getting older I realize that I'm not going to be here forever, and with the more I age, I wouldn't want to be. The times you can share with your family and the teaching to build their faith must be taken advantage of TODAY. The Bible speaks to the passing of life in these words, Life is a vapor that appears for a little time, and then vanishes away: (James 4:14) so make the most of the time that you have been given.
